<p dir="auto">There's nothing built-in by default to do this. It's possible to provide your own <a href="https://manual.mailmate-app.com/customization#layouts" style="color:#3983C4">formatting file</a> for the headers section, but you cannot add logic like “if sender is not equal to from”.</p>
