<p dir="auto" style="margin:1em 0">But it sounds like it might not reach the authentication step. Keep the Activity Viewer open and then use “Help ▸ Send Server Logs” after it fails.</p>
<p dir="auto" style="margin:1em 0">(It's also a bug even if it's necessary to force reauthentication.)</p>
