<p dir="auto">It doesn't sounds like something MailMate could accidentally do and it would also be hard to accidentally setup a rule to provide this behavior.</p>
<p dir="auto">I don't know if it could be a Gmail feature? Or maybe a feature of another email client used with the same account?</p>
<p dir="auto">If you can reproduce it (or it happens regularly) then we can ensure that MailMate is not involved if you generate logs for me:</p>
<ul>
<li>Open the Activity Viewer (⌥⌘0).</li>
<li>Wait for it to happen at least once.</li>
<li>Use “Help ▸ Send Server Logs”.</li>
</ul>
<p dir="auto">Also include in which mailbox you saw this behavior and how many (approximately) messages were marked as unread again.</p>
