<p dir="auto">:) Unfortunately I've learned that no matter which email client or server is to blame for an issue then it boils down to being my problem. Microsoft is certainly not going to fix anything.</p>
<p dir="auto">@Mark: The problem is probably related to MailMate now allowing the user to explicitly style outgoing messages. <em>Ironically</em>, this is mainly allowed because email clients like Outlook are really bad at handling unstyled HTML messages (e.g., displaying them using an “ugly” font).</p>
<p dir="auto">Do you know which Outlook client we are dealing with here? Desktop or webmail? Platform?</p>
<p dir="auto">(It's a bit tricky to debug when/if I cannot access the receiving email client.)</p>
<p dir="auto">I suspect it's related to how MailMate specifies line wrapping should be done and this might mean that the browser used could also be the issue (if it's Outlook webmail).</p>
<p dir="auto">If you can share an example email then it could be helpful. Use “Help ▸ Send Feedback” and then drag the email onto the composer text field to attach it. Alternatively, I'd like a screenshot of your settings in the Composer preferences pane.</p>
<p dir="auto">Oh, and just for the record: Hardwrapping is not a solution I would consider. It'll have to be fixed some other way.</p>
