<p dir="auto">I do two things:</p>


<ul>

<li>I archive all emails in Devonthink (using the DT plugin in Mail)</li>

<li>I log in to the server where my mail is and mv the actual mail files to a place where Mailmate doesn't see them.</li>

</ul>


<p dir="auto">This way I have all my emails searchable from Devonthink. I can also quickly log in to the server and move the files (one for each mailbox) back to where Mailmate see them. Takes about 0 seconds to move the files.</p>


<p dir="auto">Easy, quick and safe.</p>
