<p dir="auto">That failed status sounds like a problem itself. Let's deal with that first:</p>


<ul>

<li>Open the Activity Viewer (⌥⌘0).</li>

<li>Select the account under SOURCES and take it offline and then online (via the Mailbox menu).</li>

<li>Wait a bit for it to fail.</li>

<li>Use “Help ▸ Send Server Logs”.</li>

</ul>
