The best you can get is the <code style="background-color:#F7F7F7; border-radius:3px; margin:0; padding:0 0.4em" bgcolor="#F7F7F7">specifiers.plist</code> within the MailMate application bundle. (It is, by the way, possible to create your own additional file of specifiers -- another almost undocumented feature.)</p>
