<p dir="auto">I would select both messages before using “Show Raw Message” and then use “Edit ▸ Find ▸ …” (⌘F, ⌘G, ⇧⌘G, ⌘E) to navigate. I don’t think there is an easier way (other than a bundle command generating a “report” of the relevant headers).</p>
