[MlMt] Message View Zoom: change permanent to 150%

While I see a message I can adjust the zoom with `cmd`+`-` or `cmd`+`=` 
to 150%

But I like to have the message view always at at zoom 150% (instead of 
100%). Is there a hidden preference for this?
