[MlMt] setting MM so that all my replies will be sent from only one account

I receive mail from two accounts: ken at kenpope.com and my Apple account.

Mailmate is set to send all *new* mail from ken at kenpope.com.  However, I 
haven’t been able to discover a setting so that all mail I reply to 
(regardless of which of the two accounts it came from) is sent from my 
ken at kenpope.com account.
