Sources.plist has all of that.  For some accounts it may also have a possible participant attribute in your original issue, a list of "client unsubscribed" IMAP mailboxes. Those are mailboxes that are in the server-side "subscribed" list but which you don't want retrieved by THIS instance of MM.
