[MlMt] Adding rules to top-level Inbox; rule selection condition for locations

Hello MailMate community,

Two quick questions:

* Does anyone know if there are issues with attaching rules to Inbox 
smart mailbox - The one that is essentially a collection of all of the 
discrete account inboxes?

  * My main concerns here are performance and\or any possible 
corruption.

* Is there a rule selection condition that will specify the location of 
a given message - For example the inbox of the user1_at_example.com 
account?
