[MlMt] Keyboard shortcut for selecting multiple non consecutive mails (and applying action to that selection)

There are no special key bindings for this (at least not yet). I've 
previously considered to make it optional for each tag/keyword whether 
or not it is always applied to the entire thread, but I have not made 
any progress on that.

You can use “Edit ▸ Select Thread” to ease the pain. You could 
also make a key binding for that combined with toggling the flag 
(`selectThread:`).
